Service Description

6 x 1 hour sessions, 1 session per week in variable settings and locations. - Learn the fundamentals for running. - Attention to bio-mechanics, gait, pronation and technique. Learn to build endurance, understand warm-up and cool-down drills for injury prevention. - Learn strength, mobility and flexibility drills to support running.
